docs(branding): hellionize public-facing descriptions
README, repo.json and HellionChat.yaml describe the plugin as a chat-replacement based on Chat 2 rather than as a Chat-2 fork. License attribution (NOTICE.md, COPYRIGHT, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, README credits section) is left untouched per EUPL-1.2 obligations. Architecture section in README updated to reflect that the HellionChat namespace is now consolidated (post-v1.0.0).
