HellionChat and Hellion NewTab now point to gitea.hellion-forge.cloud.
Both repos use the gitea/v/release and gitea/last-commit shields with
the gitea_url query param pointing at the Forge instance.
Footer Forge badge flipped from "soon" to "live" and made clickable.
GitHub profile badge stays as a historical link.
Stars badge on Hellion NewTab dropped: a self-hosted instance with
disabled self-registration has no external star traffic, a permanent
zero-stars badge would just look weak.
