chore(release): bump to v1.0.3

Browse Source 
v1.0.2 tag was claimed before the DownloadLink fix shipped, so the
content moves to v1.0.3. No code changes — manifest, repo.json,
CHANGELOG and README version refs roll forward; DownloadLink* URLs
now point to v1.0.3/latest.zip.
