fix(release): bump DownloadLink URLs to v1.0.2

Manifest-bump in 8e9332a missed the three DownloadLink* entries.
Plugin-Manager fetched v1.0.1 zip (AssemblyVersion 1.0.1.0) against
the new repo.json (AssemblyVersion 1.0.2.0), tripping the version-
match guard.
